A little compilation of musical meanderings produced between 2008 and 2012.
Semi-narrative, semi-experimental, compiled of beats-infused musical sequences and various audio excerpts, around themes important to me, this self-initiated album was finalised in July 2011. With a peculiar editing process, this project fused the glitchy/mashup style that feature in most of the personal musical pieces I put together since then.
a frame of mind
A community stop-motion project made in collaboration with mental health charity Theatre Nemo, the film delves into the issue of depression. Aside from the regular atmospheric depiction of the world around the character, the sound design and music score was created as an attempt to bridge the spectators to her inner struggle, underlining the condition through sound.
A handful of tracks extracted from this project funded by the Prince’s Trust, enabling less fortunate young people from to have their first experience of the music production process, and through this, allowing them to have a first foot in the music industry.

tinsel, the wee christmas goblin
Little animation made for festive season in 2009. This allowed me to experiment a little more and create an evolving soundtrack to the narrative, going a little outside a cyclic repetitive overarching structure.

the little masters
Selection of a few small animations, that were part of a series commissioned by STV Productions for Sasta, a gaelic children’s programme, which was screened on BBC 2 and BBC Alba in 2009.
